On my way to be successful.: Seaside Sensations

Updating my summer vacation for the year! This is our next trip after Lombok, off to Pulau Rawa. We planned to visit here as I have seen people posting about this island earlier this year, we were all super duper excited to have a relaxing journey. We started driving around 6am in the morning as there gonna be traffic jam because it was Raya Holiday, 1 day before the official Raya to be exact. We drove pass Kluang and decided to had a quick breakfast there.

We reached Mersing around 1-ish and managed to get on the speed boat to P.Rawa at 2pm. Check in - put our luggage and belongings in the room - buffet lunch is served. 3 meals are provided in buffet style, over 50 choices to fill your stomach. Guess what I think this is the best seaside resort in Malaysia, even the sea is clearer than in P.Redang. It is so called the Maldives in Johor. The island is not huge, you can basically wonder around the whole island in 30 minutes to 45 minutes by walking. Activities you can do there includes snorkeling, swimming (there is no swimming pool there, but the sea itself is good enough), paddling, canoeing, volleyball and the list go on. All the equipment can be rented at the shore for a charges. The island is surrounded by coral reefs at a distance for 20m to 30m from the shore, therefore you do not need to snorkel at the open sea with a boat ride, it is best for people who suffer from sea sick as they can just simply wait at the shore (there are many tables and chairs/ sofa).

The one of the kind thing that I never get to enjoy this at other resort is they have the slide to the SEA!!!!! It is more fun if you brought the floatie with you for the ride like what we did. A bar is located beside our room and that is a instagrammable place during sunset. For sunrise, you can wake up early in the morning, spend 15 - 25 minutes to the peak to enjoy the wonderful view.

The peacock stayed at the entrance of our room for few days, we fed him some snacks lol, it is picky on food though, it does not eat the fruits we threw at it. We even saw this albino peacock during our morning walk, cooler than the normal one.
