Dressing up for the boos!

Ready for the Halloween party? If not, this post might be helpful for you. I will be sharing some SPOOKY make up ideas that I have seen from YouTube which is easy for beginners, you know I'm not an expert of doing all these hehehe. Want to have awesome look for halloween event? Keep going!

So the first look I wanna share is The Missing Eye. I got the idea from Wengie's Video, it looks scary but people can still recognize you at the same time because the make up its only for your half face. Super simple and look super cool. Click here for the video.

I was browsing YouTube looking for makeup ideas for halloween this year and saw this video. Easy as ABC yet still look fabulous. This video teach you how to make realistic wounds using only white glue, foundation, brushes, red ink and brown eyeliner/brow pencil. Latex glue might be over budget for you so the video uses economical friendly white elmer glue instead. I think the first gunshot wound would make you the spotlight in the party! The following makeup is inspired by China Doll. Creepy isn't? I can't believe its that easy to be a china doll. All you need is super white foundation/cushion + red ink, even my grandma could do this make up. This is by far the easiest among all the videos I have seen, try it out if you are a lazy bumb like me ;P Click here for the video.

The classic rest less look (my bare face) is one of the classic make up for this gothic season. You need nothing more than cosmetics, how difficult can that be? Click here for the videos.

Here are some tips:
1) you can use white glue/eye lash glue to replace latex glue
2) you can replace fake blood ink with your red lip tint （just get one from daiso)
3）you can also use tissue/cotton balls for the fake smush up skin

Power of compliments

Been missing for some time and now I'm BACK! So as the title said, today I am going to share my opinion on compliments.

I believe everyone get praise from somebody at some point in their life. If you don't, consider changing your attitude or behavior. Imagine you are having a bad day and all of sudden you receive a sincere compliment, how do you feel? Ecstatic? Absolutely. It changes your mood from sorrow to merry, and made your day. Complimenting can have a big impact to our feelings. It gives you the message that you are cared, appreciated and valuable.

According to the new research by Japanese, compliments help to improve our performance which is similar to cash reward. Scenario like this: A waitress was not in the mood one day, but she have to show her happy side to the customer as that is one of her job. One of the customer told her that her smile is beautiful, it motivates her to work harder and perform better for the rest the day. It is not difficult to give expression of admiration to someone, if you are shy, you can start with praising your own family members and friends. You eventually get used to it and give plenty of compliments to everyone.

Compliments are not simply statements or observations. Giving out compliments also shows that you pay attention to more than yourself. For examples, "I like your dress, it looks good on you", "Your make up is on point today", "I like your preference of music". The one who give compliment like these put an effort and notice something different today. Trust me, I feel so good when people do this hehehe. A better way of it is to point out what do you like about their personality/ how they inspire you. This only applicable to friends that you have known for some time, or else strangers might feel that you are obviously lying as you do not know them well. Praising a person's characteristic shows you are really into that individual as a friend, or more.

I dare say everything is a cycle such as life, karma as well as good vibes, your compliment can lead a domino effect. You made a person delightful, she/he usually will try their best to spread the good mood making the other person cheerful. Receiving a compliment is no doubt a happy dose, so why not. Start complimenting, make their day a marvelous one and your day an astonishing one.

3代同游越南四大城市之一-岘港

哈喽，相信大家都因为看见我的snapchat而知道我去了越南一趟。当然我去不是为了娶老婆（哈哈哈）是旅游。这是我第一次来到越南中部港口Danang，由于带上了公公奶奶所以把原本的第三天行程取消因为他们不爱看古迹，提前一天返回马来西亚。我们搭了2小时45分钟的飞机才抵达岘港国际机场。来之前预定的司机与导游已经在门口迎接我们，上了车便送我们到附近的中餐馆吃午餐。菜肴非常丰富，7菜1汤吃得我们津津有味，快撑爆肚了。

尝了美食后，导游便带我们到岘港海滩看看然后再到 Ngu Hanh Son 大理石山，是五行山（金木水火土）之一，当地盛产玉石/云石。坐上电梯到五楼高的山顶，那儿建有一些可以参观的洞穴，佛庙，神坛。在最高处有个观景台把全岘港的景色都映入眼帘，配上当天的好天气，蓝天白云拍起照来更为吸引。有趣的是在同一个洞穴，你可以看见几个不同宗教的神坛摆在一起，各个信徒和平相处，尊重对方的宗教。不像马来西亚，每个都有自己的神庙，也发生许多的争吵。

 

 

 

 

 

 

这个5色旗是国际佛教标志，有着信仰与和平的象征。蓝色代表和平，黄色比喻中道了义，吉祥为红色，白色象征纯洁，橙色则是智慧庄严的意思。

在这里走走逛逛后，导游让我们先去度假屋check-in，休息一下。接下来就给你们看看我们这一次的住宿。The Ocean Villas 位于岘港城市和历史悠久的古城-会安（Hoi An)的中间，去两边都方便。我们住的半独立式住宅共有四间房，可容纳8人，有个长形私人泳池，不过我们没在那游泳因为对我们来说还是太小了。除了一些比较普通的设施，他们竟然还有专用停车房，而且wi-fi也有4个modem, 网路超强的。住客是包括自由式早餐还有一些公共设备例如网球场，2个泳池，海滩和免费让住客提前租的海上用具像是皮艇，帆船等等。那里的救生员会跟着天气预报和当天情况来判断海上活动是否安全，这点我认为他们做的很棒!

当地时间5点（马来西亚时间6点）我们又出发到岘港古城-会安去观光。非常漂亮的地方，可以看见旧时代的建筑物，路边都有小档口买糖水，小吃，很有越南的气息尤其是让吃客坐上去看起来像是在蹲的小椅子。天色变暗后灯笼都会亮起来，风月无边，大家都往在一条河里放下水莲灯祝福，保平安。我们还看见制作丝绸的过程，从养大蚕宝宝，到利用机器把蚕宝宝的蚕丝拉成一片高品质的丝绸。晚餐就在当地一个正宗越南餐馆搞定，东西都还不错但太像我们想象的（没有春卷，长形面包，牛肉粉）。

我们在住宿范围行动都是用buggy代步

第二天，我们基本上都在类似云顶的地方-巴拿山（Bana Hill) 逗留。吃早餐后，坐车1小时到山脚，再从山脚搭缆车上山顶。山脚的建筑风格像足了宫廷剧里的场景，没想到除了中国之外还能在越南看见这样的历史感。经了解后再知道原来越南曾经被中国占领100年，这个就是他们所建造的。这里共有三条缆车线带你到3个不同的地方，之间还有电车在山顶的左边载客人到右边去搭另一条缆车上其他地方。上山的过程中你可以看见一大片绿油油的深林，流水源源的小溪和飞流直下的瀑布。第一站有个很大的花园，种有十分多种花草树木，环境优美，凉爽凉爽的。还有个法国人留下来的葡萄酒地下隧道。

 

 

 

 

 

 

第二站就到欧洲风室内游戏场，也在那里吃了超丰富的自由式午餐，大快朵颐一场。刚好撞见啤酒节，每个成人都有免费一大杯啤酒，我们拿了一杯分着喝就把另外5张送人。因为是冷的draught beer，特别好喝。

 

 

由于公公奶奶也累了，我们就玩了跳楼机和一个迷宫就走人。回的路上在海边餐厅吃越南餐，这一餐真好吃。之后导游和司机便送我们回住宿好好休息。明天早上酒店搭车到机场。

最后一天想着不要浪费，我们竟然早上四点起床等日出，从黑暗中闪烁星星到渐层彩霞再到一颗黄金咸蛋升空，过程漫长但值得等待因为真的很美。
