Happy CNY 2016

Happy Chap Goh Mei peeps! One week before CNY, we have our reunion lunch with my mother side cousins at Oriental Bauquet which located in Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya. Total cost about rm600++ for 15 pax, it's rm40++ per person. It was a chinese buffet lunch with two shark fin soup in each table. There was a lot of food, although it states chinese buffet lunch, there was also mushroom soup, salmon sashimi, thai-style chicken and others. There is only a few of dimsum, we enjoyed the ice-cream and also love the self service ice kacang. We took lots of selfies and portraits there after we finished our yummy lunch. Therefore, we did not took any photo of foods, because its all in our tummy. The roasted chicken wrapped with thin layer of pancake is so good, we ate alot of that, about 8 dishes only for the kids(5ppl include me) and each dishes there were 3 pieces. So licking good!

The day before cny, we eat as usual in my grandparents house, so good and gain so much weight.

The first day, we went to Oversea Chinese Restaurant with my daddy's side relatives. The Cha Siew there is freaking nice, you should try it out (just a reminder, it is expensive during cny, rm66 for 1 plate). We also did a lousang there, it taste good too.

The lion dance came to our house on the second day of cny. We had lots of fun skyping with Leeann and Dylan all the way at USA and show them the lion dance as we did every year. They love watching it!

Then, we went to levain on the fourth day along with my paternal and maternal grandparents. (one of my grandpa passed away) Surprising the elderly love the aglio olio and were happy to try new stuff.

Birthday Appreciation Post

Hey! Sorry for the long waited post, I was busy with my academic. First of all, I am very blessed to have some of my primary friends, high school friends, colleagues and my beloved family celebrated my 18th birthday with me. Love you guys much, its just gonna be a short thankyou post. Cheesy? Nah, I'm not good at saying cheesy stuffs. Thank you people to stay by my side even we are not always together, I have been very busy and chat less with you guys, but you guys always in my heart. You all give me so much to remember and I will never forget our good times. What is friendship goal? To me, having you guys is my friendship goal <3 Can't wait to see you guys on our next outing which I have no idea when, but we can figure it out later. In short, I hope you all are doing great and better in future.

Learn to do Vday treats with me!

"Take me on a date, I deserve a bae and don't forget the flowers every anniversary." It's Valentines day!!! Although it's nothing to do with me but I still wanna share this to you <3 Let's get on to the post!

1) Heart-shape Sandwich Ice-cream

Ingredients: Biscuits of your choice, ice-cream of your choice, lollipop sticks and some milk.

Tools: Heart-shape cutter.

Directions: Soak some biscuits in the milk for 2-3 seconds. Then, use the cutter to shape the biscuits and ice-cream. Place a ice-cream piece between two biscuit. Lastly, add sprinkles around the heart and insert the stick. You are done! It's adorable.

2) Sweet Heart Pot

Ingredients: Fresh strawberries, chocolates chips/bar, lollipop sticks, a flower pot and polystrene foam ball.

Directions: First of all, wash the strawberries (lol). Secondly, melt the chocolates in microwave (you can steam as well). The fun part comes, dip the strawberries in the chocolates mud and let it cool. Add some candy on top if you want to make it look more fancy. Done. 

Just kidding, spray paint the flower pot to whichever colour you like (optional). Glue-gun the polystyrene foam ball on top. After that, insert the sticks to the strawberries and start connecting them with the foam ball. Finally it's done.

3) Pizza is love

Ingredients: Frozen pizza crust, pasta tomato sauce, frozen pepperoni slices, cheese and oil. (You can add other toppings such as tomato, pineapple, mushroom, shrimp and greens)

Tools: Heart shape cutter, knife.

Directions: Cut the pizza crust to heart shape, spread a layer of tomato sauce. Next, use the cutter to shape the pepperoni and put on the pizza. Spray a layer of oil on the tray, place the pizza with cheese on top and oven it. You have a Vday pizza!

4) Pink smoothie

Ingredients: Rasberries or strawberries, milk, sugar or honey and ice-cubes.

Tools: Mixer.

Directions: Throw all the ingredients into the mixer and mix it. As simple as that.

5) Lazy version- chocolates in a bag

Ingredients: Chocolates (It is better if you can get the valentines version of kisses), a fancy bag and ribbon (optional).

Directions: Put all the chocolates in a bag and that is it.
